Let me get this out of the way: Fields of Gold by Sting is one of my favourite songs ever, so any show featuring Sting doing an acoustic version of that song (with a lute, none the less!) is going to win major points from me. And, couple that with the final Harriet and Matt scene, especially the bit where she wants to kiss him and just sort of curls her hands into his lapels and looks at him and there's no words - I just, I was teary. And! Then when he hangs his head after she leaves - ! I -! I don't think they can ever work, and that's so wonderful! The angst!

My roommate has also pointed out that I seem to "really like that sort of couple-y thing on shows. Where they can't be together but love each other so much anyway." Honey, you have no idea.

I'm getting more and more invested each week, damn it. They still need to win me over with Danny, who is less and less like Josh every week. I'd like him to be given something to do, please.

Also, how great was it that Jordan was in a suit and had her hair up? Yes, I believe a woman can be powerful and in business and not always wear a power suit, but Jordan wearing poofy skirts all the time? Cute for lunch with the girls. Less cute for the office.

So, to recap: Sting for the win, and I am not exactly shipping Harriet/Matt, but jeebus, do I love their angst.

Also watched BSG 3.03 today.

I LOVE DEE AND HELO. She's so tiny next to him! If they were to hook up, I would be okay with some hot XO-on-XO action. And clearly they have put Jamie Bamber on two boxes in any scene he has ever shot with Tahmoh, because TAHMOH IS A GIANT.

ALSO! Seriously, the salt scene was beautiful and symbolic and I hope someone swept up the salt and they reused it because they've got to be on mush rations at this point, and the least they can do is season the mush with salt a little.

Also, watching Lee trying to waddle his way onto the raptor - I just - I mean, come on! It just ruined that entire scene for me. I couldn't watch. Poor, poor Lee. Poor Lee.

I am liking Anders more and more and more, and not because I just figured out Michael Trucco plays Coop on One Tree Hill and is much much better on BSG. He is very easy on the eyes and now he has a purpose other than look pretty. He can stick around as long as he likes. It's nice to have someone who is a good guy, trying to do the right thing without a shit load of issues (see: Helo, Chief, Gaeta, etc.)

In conclusion: more Kara next time, please. And more Roslin and Anders. Or Roslin/Anders. Hoo boy. That would likely piss everyone off.

I'm okay with Roslin/Anders! I'm actually kind of for it! Um. Until Dad shows up and is all "DAMN. STOP THAT."

And Mom's all "WTF ever, he's young and hot."

Dad: "And my SON IN LAW. Also, HI."

And then Mom can be all "Baby, don't BE like that.. you know I'm only with him for the sex!"

Obviously, I need sleep.

Yeah, Studio 60 has had some really good guest stars so far, though Sting actually got to banter with someone from the cast.

Have you ever heard the Sting version of 'Someone to Watch Over Me'?

BWHAHAHAHAHA. A.j. i think we are brilliant. It's much more practical than Lee/Roslin, because the daddy issues there are insurmountable.

I clearly need sleep two.

I think all of the guest stars are neat, though I'm already worried about five years from now when things are down hill and they're reduced to have the guy who played Fred Savage's best friend on "The Wonder Years" as the host.

I have not heard that Sting cover. I have not heard a lot of Sting in general. I've liked what I've heard. I should listen to more.

WE ARE SMRT. YUS. And yes. Anders/Roslin 4evah!

I still think the "Baby, don't BE like that..." is my best line of dialogue ever. Although, I may be getting the flu, so we'll see.
