I'm feeling very young.

I'm working with a text book that contains a chapter that analyzes viewer's reactions to Dallas and Dynasty. My probem? I am too young to have watched either show. And I'm probably the oldest person in my tutorial since I'm in fourth year and it's a first year class.

Instead, I think I'm going to talk about The O.C. because I think most of the other people in my class are too young to remember 90210.

I'm not complaining, not really (well, I am, because I paid good money for a text book that has no relevance to my life even though it was printed in 1995 when I was . . .13. Yikes.) it just makes my life harder. ("so, I think it was a show about these people in Texas who made all their money off oil and then they all slept with each other's wives and shot each other and everyone everywhere watched it and maybe it took place outside of Dallas? Maybe? Anyone? Bueller? (not that anyone will get a Ferris reference)")

Bwhah. I'm a baby!

Me too! I was talking to a friend of mine in dorms and made some reference to Luke Perry and she was all "Who?"

Kids these days.

(I love your icon, btw.) :)

In case it comes up, Kristin shot J.R., and Bobby didn't really die. It was all just a dream :-)

Thanks. It didn't, thank God.

I was right. Not even the teaching assistant was really old enough to remember it. We heckled the silly people of the 80s. (bwha!)
