Space has been airing Season Four of SG1 and I just -
- damn. I forgot how shippy this show actually was. I mean, I had kind of convinced myself that a lot of the Sam/Jack ship was imagined, and I think parts were, but not this season. Tonight I watched 'Beneath the Surface' (what a title, eh?) and I remembered how I'd read somewhere that in the original draft Jonah and Thera did sleep together and I just wish they'd gone for it because how great and angsty would that have been? I mean, I figure there wouldn't have been much fall out on the show itself, but the fic! I've always thought the smarter parts of fandom handled that relationship so much better (so much braver!) than the show itself.
