A good day

Good things about today:

1. C-38 passed. I know, I know, shut up Canada, you're all sick of hearing it, but I'm proud of my country for being progressive and doing the right thing instead of the popular thing. I'm a little teary about it, actually.

2. Saw Batman Begins. It was good (even if every now and then all I could think was 'Katie! God, someone save Joey from Tom Cruise!'). Love me some Liam Neeson. Well, actually, what I wanted was to curl his mustache with my fingers, but that's another post.

3. Ikea. IKEA. With the best friend! Good times

4. I am employed. Hooray!

4a. I wouldn't allow myself to buy the Killers cd until I had a job and thus this evening I went to Future Shop and bought myself a copy. And lusted after an iPod mini. Green, maybe. Or pink.
