Flist! I need your help and/or advice!
My downstairs neighbour sometimes plays loud, bass-y music. I know I am extra sensitive to bass, but at this point my entire living room is vibrating. It's pretty much midnight here (Midnight on a Saturday, but I gots places to be in the morning.)
HALP. What do I do?
Please to note I am a single lady, and not super comfortable going to talk to them alone. Plus: in my pjs. If I leave a note tomorrow, is that too passive agressive? Do I call the building manager and get her to talk to them? Or the property manager from whom I rent?
