I know one of the flist is from the island and I have no idea about the rest of you, but if yo're in or around Vancouver, today's Urban Rush on cable access visited the set of Stargate SG1 and the entire cast is being adorable.

i saw it :) we don't get that channel here, i'm on the island and the satellite doesn't carry it. but one of my sweetiepie co-workers who's on the mainland taped it for me. lovelovelove it was actually worth going in to work for. :)
