Goddamned Netscape.
Have/Am moving eikonklastes over to tripod because every second time I look, the goddamned netscape page is down. Goddamn.
Ahhh, a good day. Did school work AND watched tv for six hours. Nary a mention of a Valentine for me. Caught the end of The Wedding Singer (twice) and saw the last little bit of The Princess Diaries. Also watched Andromeda (I know. I know. It was good. Sue me.) and then, duh duh duh daaaaaa! Stargate. For the first time in a long while.
It was The Fifth Race. Seriously, one of my all time favorite eps. Lots of good team business. I actually, y'kno, like Daniel in this episode. He and Sam are both worried about Jack but at the same time, well, he's one big experiment to them. (I love the part when they're in Daniel's office and Sam comes, taking a break from working on the computer and blah blah blah Daniel tells her Jack's lost all ability to speak English and she says "Wow. . ." in this sad, sympathetic sort of way, but you can just see in her eyes what she's really thnking is "cool!" Bwha. It kills me.)
I also love Lt. Simmons in this. He just makes me giggle every time he speaks and/or looks at Sam. Too funny. And Jack's "Shut up and go away" note to Daniel and Janet? Price.less.
So yeah, good, non-valentiney valentines.
