1. -34 is fucking cold. You think, 'oh, it's not too bad. I can totally walk a block outside.' and then 1/3 of the way there the hairs in your nose are frozen.
2. I got Indian take out tonight and it didn't come with rice. Is it weird to expect butter chicken to come with rice? I miss my curry place in Vancouver. It's deeelish (and white girl spicy, just the way I like it, which is to say pretty mild) all the same.
3. I took the downtown indoor walkway system to get to the restaurant. Listen, Calgary, the Plus15 is very nice, except once you get out (say, to go pick up your take out,) it would be nice if there was a way to get back in. Seriously.
4. A raise looks likely in February. Excellent.
5. The Office was all sorts of awesome this week.
I get to go home tomorrow. Thank god. Unfortunately, I will be back in Calgary for another week in a week or two. Why aren't we doing this implementation in summer?
