I have no complaints.

The tears started when Harry used the Resurrection stone and James and Lily showed up. The Potter Parentals showing up always makes me cry.

ANYWAYS. YES. I am sort of glad I am not in this fandom, because I just want to enjoy the last book, mourn a little, and then start re-reading from the start of the series.

Now, who is going to write me the fic where Ron and Hermione have marriage troubles? Who?!

Mine came sporadically.
Like for instance, first batch sprang up when George's ear was lost in battle.
The real hardcore stuff didn't happen until Fred died.
Obviously I am very in love with the twins and want them to live forever.
The crying continued until the end of the book, really.
Or, it faded to sniffles at the 19 years later bit, at least.

HOWEVER!
I, too, have really no problems with the books and am glad I'm not invested in any pairing or whatever.

My first bout of tears came when Harry carved out, "Here lies Dobby, a free elf." That wasn't the last time I cried. But oh, this book HURT at times.

My one complaint was that I wanted a bit more detail in the epilogue about what Harry et al were doing as grownups. But given the emphasis on Hogwarts all throughout the series, it was a good tie-up to show the new generation heading off to school without the threat of war hanging over their heads. :)

I am such a weepy wimp. At least 3 different places, but the worst sobs (I am almost ashamed to say) was in the '19 years later' when Harry turns to calm Al and says (paraphrasing), "Albus Severus... you were named after two Hogwarts' Headmasters, one of whom was a Slytherin and the bravest man I know..."

And when it hit me that it was really really over.

Awwwwww
