1. Leap year!
I am mostly posting just to have this post, though once I decided to post I had things to post about. LEAP YEAR. Despite the fact that it fucked up a system at work severely, still neat.
2. Does anyone have any suggestions for free html wysiwyg editors? I used FrontPage to build my webpage but I don't have that on this computer and I'd like to overhaul the fic pages. Alternately does anyone know where I can *ahem* FrontPage?
3. I seem to recall people pre-ordering past BSG DVD sets and getting them earlier than the release date. Was it from Amazon? And Canadians, did any of you get your early?
70 MINUTES OF UNFINISHED BUSINESS, PEOPLE. DO YOU KNOW WHAT THAT COULD MEAN?
4. Speaking of the S3 DVDs,have you seen the 8 minute Battlestar Galactica? I can't even choose my favorite voice-over line.
(It's a tie, of course, between "Starbuck and Apollo like each other, so they beat each other up" and "Baltar is a lame president; New Caprica sucks" and "Good!Boomer does everyone a solid and steals the launch keys" and "oh yeah, remember that year on New Caprica? Turns out Starbuck and Apollo hooked up. Then Starbuck freaked out and married Anders the next morning so there's still tension between them, but they're working through it (cut to EOJ making out)" AND the use of the singular "ovary.")

Lee looks up from his contemplation of 'so say we all' and meets Kara's eyes. She's fighting her tears but manages another smile even though he can tell she's confused and a little scared about what's happened to her in the last few hours (months).
They don't say anything and they just look and look and look and look until Lee blinks, his hands coming up to grasp the bars. Kara doesn't hesitate, stands straight up from the bench and meets him at the bars, her hands wrapping around the cold steel just above his.
Lee is sure, but not as sure as he appears and "Kara-" slips out before he can stop it. Kara smiles and a tear runs down her cheek but she is unconcerned.
"Two months, eh?" she asks, a little choked.
"Kara-" Lee starts again and his hands leave the bars at her awkward smile and pull her head closer, closer to the bars.
Their lips just reach. It's not the kiss either of them wants, too chaste and too far away, mouths closed and little more than the press of lips against one another.
But it's enough. For now. Until he can get her out of here.
