Saw the new James Bond movie. My review:

Meh.

But Daniel Craig can still wear a suit, man. I mean he wears that suit. Le sigh.

(Also the ticket line was packed with very pale, glasses-wearing teenage girls. We forgot it was Twilight night. Also, Twilight must now be said with accompanying jazz hands to simulate sparkle motion.)

Perfect opportunity to use this icon, although it is lacking the necessary sparkle. I guess Troy isn't a vampire after all

HA. Could you imagine had Zac been cast as Edward? That would have been a vastly different, though more singalong oriented, movie.

Zefron making serious, angsty faces for two hours would lead to continues chuckles from me.

In EW Stephenie Meyer (I think) said one that lots of people had in mind for Edward was Tom Welling. Uh, Tom Welling is like 35 years old! Of course Edward is 100+ or whatever, but come on.

I didn't have any expectations on the new Bond movie (my friends didn't think much of it and didn't hesitate to tell me so before I went to see it), so I actually didn't find it as bad as I expected, but I still agree with your overall review. There were parts that I liked, but others that I didn't like, and most of all it was just another action movie, not a Bond movie. But Daniel Craig is nice to look at, at least.

It was - good, I guess, but I just remember being blown away by Casino Royale, so I was a little Meh about the whole thing.

But Daniel Craig. Yes. Yum!
