Internet is finally up for good (was up, then down, then up and down for a bit but things are looking good now.)

I'm finally feeling like I'm fully back fro Mexico over a week after I've arrived home. Oy. But it was lovely. The beach and the pools and the doing absolutely nothing but lying in the sun (well covered in sunscreen, allow me to assure you.)

U2 the Friday before we left was incredible. Incredible. The seats sucked but that's not really the point. It was just wow.

The roommate and I keep wandering around the apartment and looking at each other in awe. "It's like we're adults now or something," we keep saying and not quite believing it.

The job hunt is now on in earnest. I've got an interview with an evilinternetcongolomerate sometime this week! Hooray!

U2 was just . . . I think sometimes, we forget that the people we see on tv and in videos and being interviewed are real people but they are. And there the four of them were, live, real, breathing in front of me, and wow. It was incredible.

These guys are *rock stars*. Seriously. They are performers who control the crowd with a crook of their finger or a crash of the drums or a swagger or just two feet firmly planted while they play the bass. Incredible.

It's just . . . awesome, in the truest sense of the word. Awe. Some.
